Founded in 2014, Ningbo Artcool Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in custom stationery.
Starting with paper-based stationery, we have grown into a one-stop stationery manufacturing partner, providing integrated solutions for global brands, retailers, and importers.
To better support international customers and enhance supply chain flexibility, Artcool established a stationery factory in Vietnam in 2023, dedicated to paper stationery production. Together with our manufacturing base in China, this dual-location setup helps ensure stable supply, flexible capacity, and improved risk management.
